Exchanges & Returns

In order to request a  return, you must write us via email through the “Contact” page within 30 days of purchase. Please shoot us a small detailed message of why you are making the return. Our customer service will respond within the day with our shipping address.

 Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

 Sale items are final-sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 The item being returned:

  • Must not be washed.
  • Must not be damaged in any way (we will send back).
  • Must have all labels still attached.

What we do when we receive the returned item:

  • Inspect the item for signs of washing.
  • Inspect the item for damage.
  • Make sure all labels are still attached.
  • If satisfied, we will issue your refund.
  • If not satisfied with the condition of item (damaged, its been washed, etc.), we will send back the item.
