Wild Cane Supply Co. wasn't/isn’t built in a boardroom. It’s built in the spaces between.

Early mornings on the road, long stretches of dirt, salt air, and the kind of moments you don’t rush through. This brand is a reflection of the people behind it. Those who value time outside, hard work, creativity, and the stories that come from both.

We’re a small team by design. Close-knit, hands-on, and deeply invested in every piece that carries the Wild Cane name. From design to production to the way it reaches your hands, nothing is accidental.

At the end of the day, this isn’t just about product. It’s about building something honest with people who believe in it.

Slater Cane - Founder/Designer

Slater founded the brand back in 2021. He manages everything from designing the apparel down to the fabrics and hardware used, runs the social media, in charge of direct sales, and packs/ships all online orders. Nothing leaves Wild Cane without passing through his hands.

Personal Note: Most days, you’ll find Slater chasing the road. Either camping, exploring, enjoying hobbies he's had since a kid and building memories with the people closest to him. He’s always had an eye for timeless design and a constant pull toward creating something that lasts well beyond the moment. You can also find him at his day job at Trader Joes in Camariilo, CA.

Kyle Murphy - Videographer/Photographer/Networker

Kyle is a close friend of the brand and a trusted creative behind the lens. He’s responsible for capturing the details like the textures, the wear, the elements that make each piece what it is. Beyond product, Kyle leads the lifestyle side of Wild Cane, documenting the moments, environments, and stories that bring the brand to life. With his vast pocketbook of past and current clients in different industries, he brings new opportunities for the brand to grow.

Personal Note: One hell of a guy with a dialed-in sense for all things gear, photography, videography, and building out rigs...Kyle’s got it wired. Whether he’s wrenching on vintage motos in the barn or dialing in his camping setup in his 2020 TRD Off-Road Tacoma, he’s always out there making the most of the wild. He’s also got an eye for solid kit...usually rocking the Mammoth Flannel or Timberline Vest over the Rough Out Tee.

Jodie Odennell - Photographer

Jodie serves as one of the main photographers alongside Kyle. She absolutely kills it at capturing the lifestyle of the brand and brings out the feeling of each product when in use. Her keen eye for composition and storytelling through her shots really bring the brand to life.

Personal Note:A close friend, fellow traveler, and all-around outdoor enthusiast. Jodie’s the real deal. Whether she’s wrenching on her 1973 Scout, exploring backcountry trails, or capturing the moment behind the lens, she brings the spirit of adventure wherever she goes. More often than not, you’ll catch her posted up by the campfire

Mariah Cane - Graphic Designer

Mariah has made most of the brand's graphic tees. She helped Slater launch the first online shop for Wild Cane back in 2021. Since the launch of the brand, she has been the number one supporter always encouraging Slater to push the company further and making sure he keeps his inspiration. Always keeping an eye out for exceptional pop up markets for the company to be apart of. Not only is Mariah a part of the team, but had recently become a Cane herself in the Summer of 2025 by marrying Slater. You can now officially say that Wild Cane Supply Co. is a family run business.

Personal Note: Mariah is an avid coffee drinker and coffee enthusiast in general. You can find her spending her off time reading a good book, camping with Slater, hiking with friends, spending time with family and managing a coffee shop. Wild Cane would certainly not exist without her.
